Oraguex
Bill and Becca Weber
Ne Oraguex is a joint effort between husband and wife team Bill
and Becca Weber. It started in 1989 when we stumbled upon our
first Briard. This Briard 4 time BISS Am/Can Ch. Mielleux's
Orageux De Cembre CD, HC, VT, HOF ROMP was the dream come true.
Ironically, she was the dream we never even new we had.
The first dogs in our home were Doberman Pinschers, which we
trained and showed in obedience more than twenty-five years
ago.
"December" was a puppy who simply came to camp, or stay with us
for a week or two, and never left. She taught us so much, and
ingrained in us the dedication and love for the breed.
Her breeder, Diane Royce helped instill the thirst for knowledge
and the drive for improvement, that remains with us today. She
taught us how to recognize the strengths, as well as the faults
in a dog, it's pedigree, and, perhaps most importantly, the
continued need to evaluate our breeding program on an ongoing
basis. |

While December passed away in June of 2001, she still owns a
huge block of our hearts, she's directly responsible for many
other Briards who have laid claim to our hearts as well. She is
also responsible, either directly, or indirectly, for many of
the great people in our life's who have become our close
friends. |
